服務(wù)的設(shè)施：酒店式配備，中心供氧、負(fù)壓裝置、冷暖中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、冰箱、微波爐、電煮水壺、電視機(jī)、電吹風(fēng)及獨(dú)立衛(wèi)生間24小時(shí)提供熱水、掃碼點(diǎn)餐等設(shè)施，滿足患者住院期間的醫(yī)療、生活、工作需要。

The Department of International Medical Services (DIMS), the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Shantou University Medical College (SUMC)
The Department of International Medical Services (DIMS) of the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Shantou University Medical College (SUMC) is located on the 19th floor of the hospital precinct on Daxue Road. We are dedicated to provide high-quality medical services for patients both at home and abroad, and to deliver state-of-the-art and personalized treatment to cancer patients, through routine in-hospital and remote- multidisciplinary consultation with top specialists from other medical centers in China.
We are working to benchmark the medical services of the Huiqiao Building in the Nanfang Hospital of the Southern Medical University, and endeavoring to become a shining emblem in the eastern Guangdong Region.
There are 20 VIP single-bed wards designed to establish a warm and comfortable environment while respecting the privacy of patients all the time, and ensuring that patients can fully rest and relax during their treatment and recovery.
Wards with hotel-style facilities are provided, including central oxygen supply, vacuum device, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, television, hairdryer and a private bathroom with hot water 24 hour available. Additionally, food-ordering QR code and full-ward-coveraged WIFI.
Outpatient- and inpatient- procedures: Appointment is needed for patient’s consultations. Both general physicians and leading specialists are in the medical team to ensure an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan is given to the patients. The DIMS has established efficient and convenient Green Channels for consultations, surgeries, referrals, and examination appointments with a variety of hospital specialties, aiming at providing efficient and high-quality of medical services. The full-process Green Channel is composed of one-on-one accompaniment, professional and personalized health guidance, the establishment of follow-up records for discharged patients, dedicated follow-up by personnel, lifelong follow-up for cancer patients, and VIP-style experience are the highlight in the service.
Services items: A seamless medical service programs that integrates prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and health management are provided. The service items also include, but are not limited to, specialist outpatient services, surgeries, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and rehabilitation treatment.
Professional qualifications: The medical team in the DIMS includes 1 director, 17 leading experts, 3 residents, and 10 nurses. Most of the experts have doctoral degrees and international training experiences, serving as deputy chairpersons of provincial professional societies or chairpersons of various professional committees in Shantou City.
Fee Standards: In accordance with the policies of the Healthcare Security Administration of Guangdong Province and the regulations of the Shantou Municipal Healthcare Security Administration.
